After beginning his career in football, Daniel transitioned into the creative industries, building projects across art, design, branding and culture. Through his work with businesses, athletes and institutions, he saw firsthand how creativity, technology and entrepreneurship are shaping the future of work.

Luke brings over a decade of experience working directly with young people at the intersection of education, culture and enterprise. During his 13 years with the Manchester United Foundation, he designed and led large-scale careers and personal development programmes across schools and alternative education settings.
He was also the architect behind Celebrating Excellence, the club's flagship employability event connecting young people with industry leaders, brands and real-world opportunities.
Alongside his work in education, Luke founded Nusole Services, a premium sneaker care brand, and created Nusole Presents, a culture-led platform uniting fashion, sport, music and education through curated events and partnerships.
